ZedScan presented at Finnish Colposcopy Society meeting

Dr Pekka Nieminen has presented data at the annual Finnish Society meeting this week on the use of ZedScan, as an adjunct to standard colposcopy, within his Helsinki hospital.

Dr Nieminen, who is Head of the Finnish Society and President of the European Federation of Colposcopy (EFC), adopted ZedScan for his colposcopy services at Helsinki University Hospital in 2018.
The hospital receives around 3000 new referrals to colposcopy each year and, now in routine use, ZedScan is supporting better patient management and offering positive Health Economics for the hospital. This has led to the further adoption of the technology by other university hospitals in Finland.
